I love the contrasting images in this piece. The woman, at first glance, appears fragile, timid and almost innocent. But there is a quiet strength in her that is suddenly screaming at you when you see the bow. And the imposing nature of the bear initially strikes with me with dread... but when the works come together I find myself thinking- this bear doesn’t stand a chance. Well done!
